Terms and Conditions at The Wilder Play

  • We ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’› that you want to try this toy! 
  • Please take care of it and return all the parts it came with - so another friend can enjoy this toy too. We trust you. 
  • We'd love to see drawings or notes you've made to make the toy even more fun. They are  yours to keep or share with other kids like you ๐Ÿ˜
  •  We love seeing pictures and videos ๐Ÿ“ท of you enjoying this toy ๐Ÿ˜. Please share them!

Returns/Refunds

We want you to be happy with your rental. Please contact us at [email protected]  as early as possible for any issues. 

If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we processed your return, and you have still not received the refund, please contact us at [email protected] .

Extending a rental

This will be decided on a case-by-case basis for each item. Please let us know as early as possible if you would like to extend your rental. If approved, you will be charged for the next rental period.  

Late Return

If an item you rented is not returned by the Return Date, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method non-refundable late fees and/or the rental charges + tax for the days we do not receive the item. 

Packaging, Manuals and Accessories

Several items are delivered to you in Wilder Play packaging, and with manuals. Please use the packaging to return the items. All manuals, electrical cords, accessories and miscellaneous items that were included in your rental must be returned with the item. 

Damages, Losses and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving the item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right [email protected] .

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include items that are hard to sanitize between orders (such as play doh, sand, water beads). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Cancellations

To get a full refund, you will need to cancel your reservation by 12pm PST on the day before your pickup. Please contact [email protected] to cancel or for further questions.
